we heard about this automatic player banjo, so we had to check it out.  It still plays for 25 cents.  It has roll music at the bottom like a player piano.

 we just thought this house / store was neat

 we took a tour of this old church

 The next day, we continue our celebration with a gift card to IHOP

 Ah, yes, we will just sit under the shade tree all afternoon and relax until bed time.

With just enough fuel in the tank, its back to the race track, doing laps around the tree

 now in for a 4 second pit stop

 and he is off again, as Nana keeps track of his fuel supply, with fork in hand

 lucky for him, there is always room for jello, thus only a 2 second stop this time.

After a

breakfast featuring about a dozen sweet rolls....

 it was time to go whale watching

 little did we know that skipping stones would scare all the whales away, but I get ahead of myself.

 All Aboard.  I mean, take up all lines, cast off, all ahead flank, attention to starboard, now turn to, commence ships work, sick call.
       Opps, sorry for the flash back.  Its time to go find some whales.  Time to relax and have fun on this here boat, or is it a ship,  well who cares, we are on vacation, or holiday as some would say.  Hey wait, it is a holiday.  Happy Memorial Day.
            OK, its a boat.  (You can put a boat on a ship, but you can't put a ship on a boat)

sadly

most of us saw no whales all day, but a few sat they saw a minke whale for a but a second.

 but we did see some sea creatures.

 We were told we can come back anytime again for free untill we see whales.

 Purple star fish can be seen at low tide.  Otherwise, they are under water.

 Our GPS found the place.  Seems the road sign was on the property.
